ABOUT US

We train in BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Muay Thai, and MMA. There are a number of locations and regular classes, see the timetable for whereabouts and hours. If you are interested in learning more about martial arts or developing your skills further, please contact us. Beginners to Advance are all welcome, every class will vary slightly depending on the focus of that particular class (just sparring, BJJ with or without gi or MMA).
