Theo will be holding Muay Thai classes every Monday night starting May 4th. They’ll be held at Energie from 8.30 to 10pm.

Wednesday & Friday Muay Thai Classes at Energie Gym!

Theo’s Wednesday Muay Thai classes are moving from Concorde Hall in Epsom, to the nearby Energie Gym, formerly Fitness First, also in Epsom, and will remain there. The first class will be Wednesday March 4th and run from 8pm to 10pm. There will also be Friday classes at Energie Gym, the first one being March 13th. The address is as follows: (more…)
