james-bakerJames is a Level 3 personal trainer and has been a professional athlete, as a wrestler in U.S.A., before making the transition to the world of mixed martial arts, as a student of the highly successful ‘Team Nova Forca’.

As a close friend of Nova Forca Head Instructor, Ricardo Da Silva, and Muay Thai Coach, Theo Theodoulou, James has been able to utilise his expertise regarding specific training methods and nutritional advice, and pass on his knowledge to other students in the club, as well as focusing on one to one training with fighters for upcoming bouts.

James’ experience through physical training, education and mental application are through discipline and determination. These factors contribute greatly to the other Nova Forca members to maximise their motivation and self-belief to achieve results in the quickest time possible.

James runs our MMA based circuit training sessions that give the opportunity for anyone to enhance their own fitness and conditioning. These sessions help to build muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, agility, flexibility and overall athleticism.
