Sunday BJJ Classes in Bracknell, Berkshire
BJJ classes are now available on Sundays in Bracknell, Berkshire. Classes run from 2pm – 4pm at the following address:

For those who would like to attend:
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu beginners / white belt class, 16+, this is mainly a GI class but we will be doing No-GI and BJJ for MMA including GnP. GI is still very useful for people looking to do MMA as you learn the techniques properly.
Students should bring shorts (no zips, clasps etc) and t-shirt. No jewelry or body jewelry can be worn for safety reasons.

Hi,
Gi is when you wear the GI/ Kimono/ pajamas and No-GI is when you wear t-shirt and shorts. The games are slightly different but practicing both can be very beneficial in the long term.
